Hello! I’m Yadessa, a Certified Natural Health Practitioner dedicated to guiding you on your journey to becoming the
CEO of Your Health.

My path into the realms of mind, body, and soul began during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. After graduating high school, I discovered a profound passion for holistic medicine and transformative practices, inspired by the teachings of Bob Proctor, Paulo Coelho, Barbara O'Neill, and Dr. Joe Dispenza. This passion led me to attend holistic health school while the world around me was shutting down.

While studying Holistic Health, it became clear to me that the true power of these practices would only be revealed through my own healing journey. Determined to reclaim my health, I immersed myself in extensive research. Through months of education and reading Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza, I uncovered the vital connection between the mind and body. By identifying the root causes of my symptoms, I was able to craft the Inner Lucent Keys and develop a personalized wellness plan to heal my mind, body, and soul.

Today, I am healed, whole, and glowing. I firmly believe in honoring the unique bio-individuality of each person and addressing the essential aspects of mind, body, and soul.
